I believe this to be true as well. Up until recently I always thought an intruder killed job benet but after watching all the new shows about the case I now believe it was probably the brother. I think he killed her with a flashlight over a piece of pineapple.[/quote]

+1 that, and these were highly educated, affluent people. Surely they'd have known that no 9-year-old - especially one without any history of behavior problems, violence, etc. - would be convicted or even tried for an accidental death. Right? [/quote]
