Her money?  I doubt she has any.  His DW is following the old rule of thumb: in any relationship the person with the least to lose can be the bigger piece of garbage.  She's setting him up to pay 18 years of child support plus alimony plus half the house and half the retirement.  [/quote]

There's nothing in the OP about the wife not working, therefore any discussion of alimony is premature. You also don't know that he's making more money. You don't know that he has a bigger retirement, or that the house is his. [/quote]
