This is nuts. Employer should not have to deal with (female) employees in this manner. Employer offered a very reasonable paid maternity leave. [b]This employee nonsense really hurts women professionally[/b]. [/quote]

This! As a woman who did a lot of hiring, I started to find myself favoring the male candidates. I needed butts in chairs doing the work. [/quote]
