I would be annoyed if she is doing it wrong on purpose (i.e. passive aggressive / power play move). 
I would be annoyed if the dishes were breaking or constantly not clean or clanking away while the machine goes. 
I would be annoyed if it is someone we have to go over again and again and again yet see no effort or improvement.  Starts out as an easy suggestion (like a father teaching a child how to do something properly), then reminders, then it's a constant source of irritation. 
I would be annoyed if she had poor attention to detail to many things. 
I would be annoyed if we sat down and each year said 5 things we would improve on, and if loading the dishwasher was on it for me and she didn't give 2 fucks what I wanted.  If it is important to one spouse (within reason and quatity of things), it should be important to the other![/quote]
