I haven't read this Swift story so I don't know what's going on, but Swift was in the middle of the Eras tour in summer and fall of 2024.  If Taylor Swift didn't watch a movie during her Era's tour for several months, that's probably okay.  Gets a pass.[/quote]

If Team Baldoni thinks Swift is going to be a good witness for Baldoni, they might want to think harder.  Swift sees right through what Freedman is doing and her rep says this:  "This document subpoena is designed to use Taylor Swift's name to draw public interest by creating tabloid clickbait instead of focusing on the facts of the case."  I don't know how Swift feels about Lively, but if Baldoni thinks Swift is going to like him more than she likes Lively, he'd better prepare himself for a cruel summer.[/quote]

So, Taylor being a witness is not at all even remotely the point. The whole point of bringing her into this is so they could get a statement like this from Taylor’s camp, which is absolutely humiliating to Blake.

I’m team Justin but I really don’t think BF is using Taylor for publicity. He was asked months ago if he would depose Taylor and he downplayed it and said “we haven’t made that decision yet, not necessarily” or something like that. The reality is they need to talk to Taylor because she has relevant info, but I think BF will tread lightly so the swifties don’t come after Justin. [/quote]

I think BC is using Taylor to discredit Blake’s credibility. I think Taylor had little to no involvement in the movie, but may be able to offer insight into Blake’s frame of mind or what went on in the penthouse meeting. [/quote]
