Now that hand sanitizer and rubbing alcohol are hard to find in many areas of the country, what do you think will be the next item to disappear from shelves?
There are a lot of medications made in China. The CDC already knows of a shortage of one, but won’t reveal what it is. I notice that OTC cold medicine doesn’t seem to be replenished. I think people will want to grab that while they can. I bought OTC allergy medicines as well because my eyes are already itching and it is just March. I take two different OTC allergy meds daily from March to November (that’s hundreds of pills) so I really do need to stock up. My neighborhood CVS has pulled a lot of packages to the very front of the shelves. As you pass by, the shelves seem full. But if you take a package there’s often nothing behind it or maybe just one more item.
