I think maybe it's not clear I'm talking about multiple teams and a club wide problem.  So let me be clear.  It's not about this girl or this team by itself, although that stinks.  The problem is it's every team.  This is the way the club is running its teams.  That's the ongoing complaint and the ongoing issue.

These girls might be decent in their own age group, but to play up, you have to be able to keep up.  If you can't do that, then you shouldn't play up.  It doesn't mean you aren't a great player.  Great players play in their own age group all the time on multiple teams in multiple clubs.  Several are national team players.  They still play in their own age group.  The point is playing up just to play up to check a box is poor coaching.[/quote]
