Curious...do you think that any club with a 4th team is a money grab or just Vienna?  I look at Arlington and their 4th team has some good players, but their club is huge so maybe it's justified.  What are your thoughts?[/quote]

From U9-U12 less so as these teams ideally merge when they go to 11v11.

But a third or fourth 11v11 team? absolutely a money grab.

The money grab part really depends upon the actual talent level of the player pool. A properly run "challenge" house league should suffice for most of those 4th team and beyond kids though. Perhaps work them into practices with the travel team on a regular basis would be good too.

But most of U little ODSL is pretty bad and there needs to be a proper hybrid model that is bridges the gap in terms of competition and price. [/quote]
