Let me be more specific. Gov. Deval Patrick declared DACA could have in-state tuition, because, DACA. However, those folk who actually pay real estate taxes in the state because they own property in the state do NOT get in-state tuition. This is not a broken system. This is deliberately excluding MA taxpayers from benefits that illegals get. Both people pay MA taxes - only ONE gets in-state tuition BECAUSE they are illegal. Got it?[/quote]
