Don't forget his accomplishment of requiring all school districts to open after Labor Day, because that was good for Ocean City tourism, and then the General Assembly said Nah, we'll let the school districts make their own decisions. In general, his "moderation" consists of having to be governor in a state with a Democratic supermajority in both houses of the state legislature. He came in hot to go Republican in 2014-2015 but then found out the limits.[/quote]
