We also like the wide plank width (7.5”) but will also look at lighter options once we get to the design center. We are partial to wood over other flooring options, but that’s just personal preference. [/quote] The design center was a bit disappointing in their flooring options. It was either too dark or very light. The LVP colors looked very good, but we prefer engineered hardwood ideally. They also have fair amount of variation between planks with EH, but that’s a personal preference. You can always order a sample from the manufacturer...I think it’s Shaw for some of the EH floors.
