Anyone who helped him needs to as well.
There was a doctor there for god's sake and ICE would not let him through.
WTH is wrong with you MAGA the video is 100% clear! ICE can not murder US Citizens or anyone for that matter deadly force is unacceptable period.
When elections come around you are ok with this coming to your city so Trump can stay king?
God dammed stupidest cult ever!

There’s a longer video that shows that multiple other ICE vehicles were able to get by her without attempting to detain her or shooting her in the face. She was not blocking ICE vehicles when the ICE agents jumped out of that truck.
being parked across the road, forcing you to drive into the opposite lane of travel isn't blocking the road?
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:ANYONE can put on some jackets saying ICE and attempt to carjack people.
Stay out of the road if you don't want to be hit by a scared person trying to avoid being carjacked.
You are not allowed to block ICE vehicles or run away if ICE is detaining you. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers are federal police with nationwide jurisdiction, not contractors or security.
If ICE tells you to stop or that you are under arrest for interfering, you must comply. Refusing to obey lawful orders can legally result in detention, arrest, and the use of reasonable force.
Federal law is clear: 8 U.S. Code § 1357 gives ICE arrest and detention authority
18 U.S. Code § 111 makes it a crime to resist, obstruct, or impede federal officers
18 U.S. Code § 3052 grants federal arrest authority
You may observe or record in public. You may not block vehicles, interfere, ignore commands, or flee. ICE are real police, and federal law applies in every state.
Reasonable force isn't shooting someone from the driver's side window.

All of the videos have been posted on this thread. Are you talking about the one where she is going 2 miles per hour and the agent steps out of the way? Because that is that it showed.
No. She was going faster than the speed you stated and the video clearly shows that she hit the ICE agent with her SUV.
CNN shows two different videos of the incident. The second video shows the ICE agent being hit by the reckless driver trying to escape from law enforcement.
Video show not such thing. You are lying. Go back to Russia.
Yes it does. CNN played it twice on AC360 (Anderson Cooper). The second was in slow motion so that viewers could see clearly that the ICE shooter was hit by the SUV.
That video is posted upthread and that’s not what it shows. But regardless he shot after the vehicle was past him. One at the front side angle (through the windshield) and the other on the side.
There are at least two videos shown by CNN. The second video shows the ICE agent being hit when played in slow motion.
Nobody is buying this. He clearly was not hit and no real LEO would call this a clean shoot. He’s a murderer
The third cop is in front in the way of travel, he's the one that shot, not the one with his hands on the vehicle.
Even if he were brushed by the car, which I don’t think he was, but for the sake of argument what kind of idiot stands in front of a 3 ton SUV like that.
At any point in time she could have easily gotten confused and hit the gas instead of the brake, or thought her car was in reverse when it was in drive… that’s why officers aren’t supposed to stand infront of vehicles.
It’s looking more and more like an innocent women, who was trying to move off of a patch of ice, so was waving cars past her because she was on ice and the passing cars were on dry pavement with no traction issues… she didn’t want to skid or slide on the ice and ram into someone so she waited for a clear street, she was doing the right thing, they ambushed her and for that she’s dead.
These mad dogs, killed this woman.

No he was not "brushed with the car" The video is clear he is a murderer he shot her through the drivers window!
If you shoot someone through the front window, wouldnt that imply that they were in the path of the vehicle?
The drivers window is not the front window and LEO are trained not to put themselves in front of a car.
