Between the lack of fuel, expired rations, lack of rations, lack of water, dry rotted tires, lack of communication equipment, use of conscripts and cadets, and kevlar without the armor plate the idea that they werent given warm socks seems very plausible and likely. The frostbite reports, which come directly from intercepted Russian troop comminications, also mention that those with frostbite are not being treated or sent to field hospitals. [/quote]
