This isn't a crime for gds to themselves investigate or to determine who gets questioned. Administrators are not private investigators. They don't know how to ask questions that can tease out if a kid has been coached, is lying, etc. investigators do. Trust me, anyone MPD wanted to question, they did. GDS called MPD, CPS and a private firm. They did what they were supposed to do.
A private firm with Epstein ties where the boss of the "investigator" is sexting with ladies that don't want to sext with him. This is like OJ investigating the Nicole Brown Simpson murder.
And what about MPD and CPS? Do they too have Epstein ties? What about those investigations? Why is this private investigator firm the hill people want to die on here? Why aren't those reports good enough to go on and think this private report makes or breaks the case. There is no case without evidence people. It's an 11 year olds word against no one's. I want to know how it took the parents 3 months to notice something had happened to their child. 11 year olds are not good at hiding things. I'm not saying it did or didn't happen but what I am saying is, this feels flimsy hence why they didn't file a lawsuit.
The school could have been transparent about an alleged incident and the investigation and safety improvements even if the perpetrators were never identified. They could have used their own consent culture materials to reinforce that message with students. They could have modeled respect and compassion for the victim and his family. Yet they chose to do none of those things.
