If they have evidence that this was made up then they should spit it out. The family opened themselves up with the email and GDS has every incentive under the sun to show that it was false or exaggerated.

That's only an argument in favor of releasing the report. The report is more likely to exonerate the school than not.

I have no connection with GDS whatsoever, but the answer to your question is obvious. Ask for a meeting with the HOS and demand answers to your questions.

And what about MPD and CPS? Do they too have Epstein ties? What about those investigations? Why is this private investigator firm the hill people want to die on here? Why aren't those reports good enough to go on and think this private report makes or breaks the case. There is no case without evidence people. It's an 11 year olds word against no one's. I want to know how it took the parents 3 months to notice something had happened to their child. 11 year olds are not good at hiding things. I'm not saying it did or didn't happen but what I am saying is, this feels flimsy hence why they didn't file a lawsuit.


The school could have been transparent about an alleged incident and the investigation and safety improvements even if the perpetrators were never identified. They could have used their own consent culture materials to reinforce that message with students. They could have modeled respect and compassion for the victim and his family. Yet they chose to do none of those things.

The real question is whether GDS performed a legitimate investigation or was only concerned about limiting their legal exposure here. Their unwillingness to share their independent investigation, the T&M documents, with the victim and their unwillingness to publicly explain what their investigation entailed, providing no details, suggests it was all a cover up. In addition, any leads that might help the criminal case would be contained in the T&M document, which they will not share.


The answers everyone wants are in the T&M report / documents.
