The MDDC squad is definitely strong with good talent. But if you’re barely beating a Stars team, who had one sub on the bench by 1 in overtime, that reeks of inconsistency. Usually, that’s indicative of immature and ineffective coaching. Unless there are major coaching changes, MDDC seems like a huge gamble compared to the proven track record of other clubs with good coaching and recruiting. [/quote]

Could it also be that two teams just combined and they are still gelling as a team which is exactly the tag line capital uses for their teams. You talk of proven track record of recruiting sure. Capital can only do so much with the talent that comes to tryout and how the politics of it all shake out. Look at what happened with the 28s.  If mnddc stay together they will grow as a team just like a capital team would. [/quote]
