Start by being better than other players at a young age, which will get you a spot on a top travel team.  Then, be among the best players on a top team, which will eventually get you name recognition and invitations to top events.  The secret is being very good at lacrosse, and having the means to play it year round from a relatively young age.  I really don't think it is more complicated than that, and I don't think private school is necessary to achieve the desired result.[/quote]
