When I left SPED the admin didn't even ask me why....they knew and the county has no desire to fix issues so the shortage will continue specifically in SPED and counseling...and actually all this will spill on to general education teachers because they will not receive the support they need in their over sized classrooms....rinse and repeat.[/quote]
