He's going to make it out of the fire and everyone will be relieved, and just when we think this isn't the moment... he will suffer the effects of smoke inhalation. I do not think Rebecca will be with him. Perhaps only Kate, who calls 911 and they take him to the hospital by ambulance.

I think this because:
We know THIS is the Super Bowl he dies. Rebecca, wearing her steelers shirt, is driving the car home with Jack's personal items in a plastic bag. She pulls up to the burnt house, presumably the next day.

The only thing that stuck out to me is that she was wearing a pink robe before bed, when she took the call from Kevin. I kept wondering when/why the steelers shirt is put back on. They must assume they're safe and then something happens which causes her to get dressed (with what clothes? they all burned in a fire) and drive herself to the hospital.

Maybe Rebecca looks for Kevin, Jack/Kate/Randall all go to Miguel's after the fire, that's when Jack has his episode and then Rebecca meets him at the hospital. [/quote]

He told her to put on clothes and shoes before he ran out of the room to get Randall and Kate. That shirt was probably close to the bed.[/quote]
