Do you even realize what you just wrote? We have nearly 100K military personnel literally occupying Europe already. And you think it's a boast that they're "outnumbered" in the countries we are occupying? There is no conceivable timeline where the EU attempts military action against the United States for securing Greenland as part of America. [/quote]

Defending Greenland would be as unpopular in Europe as attacking it would be in the US.  But if push came to shove, the US could achieve air superiority in Greenland in about a day, and European troops would have no choice but to retreat off the island.  It’s nice to think about the EU “resisting”, but it’s tough to resist against Tomahawk missles and F-35s.[/quote]

From what bases will you fly f-35s? How will you refuel them? The f-35 is not a long range aircraft - 500 miles round trip. You will not be able to bring carriers up there. The UK has nuclear subs, anti ship missiles and anti aircraft. You can’t use bases in the UK or Europe. Canada is out.

Good luck. The US has not fought a war against a first world power in a long time. Specially against one that will know everything there is to know about US capabilities.
