As the new Fleet building opened adjacent to Jefferson Middle School this year, David alerted the Board to ongoing problems and worked with the PTAs of Jefferson and Fleet, APS Central Office staff, and County officials to address problems and gain resolution. He kept his PTAs informed, engaged and supported. He ensure community voices are heard by the School Board. He has become a trusted ally and community advocate to me as I engage in my work on the Board.
