We all agree that team coaches dont develop. They are too worried about winning and keeping parents happy so they can feed their families. Lets be honest, they dont get pay to develop players, they get pay to win. The system in the US for travel clubs is ran like that, for MLS Academies is about development,  coaches get pay to develop players and before someone tells me about DC United ,yes they suck. They dont know how to properly run an academy or run a MLS club.[/quote]

So coaches that don’t win or make bad decisions leading to big losses in higher leagues should be removed?  If a coach can remove a player for not performing shouldn’t the coach be held to the same standard and either be fired or removed?  It’s a failure of what you said above.[/quote]

Most club coaches have no idea how to “develop” players.  It’s mostly people looking to supplement their income.  They hang around a few years and move on.  Some are real deadbeats who somehow survive despite being a poor coach.  [/quote]
