Emily Fox, Alexis Theoret, Olivia Migli, Mya Townes, Allie Flanagan, what Alicia Meinke just to name a few…
Also Meaghan Nally who is now the college recruiting director at Rev
And exactly does Meaghan do in this position? My child is having to do all their own recruiting research and work on their own. Meaghan hasn't put anything out to the players to assist with this at all.
+1. When was she hired? We haven't received anything from her.
Might want to check your email. She has reached out twice to set up one-on-one meetings with each player.
Cc has already acknowledge that the majority of the 2026 and 2027 class really is not good and won't play above D3 level ...if they play at all. They are focusing on creating a long term system that works for future players. If you are not already in their system and meeting with the coaches they've matched you up with, don't expect any a$ditional assistance from them. Meaghan been through the process, but doesn't have a day of experience helping others with theirs.n cc has connections and he's already matched those he thinks will have a chance.

We all agree that team coaches dont develop. They are too worried about winning and keeping parents happy so they can feed their families. Lets be honest, they dont get pay to develop players, they get pay to win. The system in the US for travel clubs is ran like that, for MLS Academies is about development, coaches get pay to develop players and before someone tells me about DC United ,yes they suck. They dont know how to properly run an academy or run a MLS club.
This!
So coaches that don’t win or make bad decisions leading to big losses in higher leagues should be removed? If a coach can remove a player for not performing shouldn’t the coach be held to the same standard and either be fired or removed? It’s a failure of what you said above.
When development is the priority, winning doesn't matter. That's all. Players should be developing regardless of the result.
