1) criminal prosecution is generally a local government issue, not federal.

There are many reasons people may not identify with just a male or female gender identity, including scientific reasons.

Biologically there are only two sexes. Everything else is a fiction of the imagination.

This is an.... interesting inauguration speech. He is delivering for the winning base (majority). I suspect he's noticing any speech on unity never goes anywhere so why not just give the base what they want. And his base is also pretty clear on what they think about the notion of more than two genders and swapping enders. At least they do have science on their side. Which is that there is only two sexes, biologically.[/quote]
