1) criminal prosecution is generally a local government issue, not federal.

2) science is so much more complicated than 2 biological sexes (see e.g. https://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-34290981). Not to mention intersex and other chromosomal differences than basic XY and XX.

There are many reasons people may not identify with just a male or female gender identity, including scientific reasons.

The 2 genders thing is meant to placate simpleton minds who cannot grasp more than boy/girl.


Biologically there are only two sexes. Everything else is a fiction of the imagination.

This is an.... interesting inauguration speech. He is delivering for the winning base (majority). I suspect he's noticing any speech on unity never goes anywhere so why not just give the base what they want. And his base is also pretty clear on what they think about the notion of more than two genders and swapping enders. At least they do have science on their side. Which is that there is only two sexes, biologically.

Does in DC, which has been the worst outlier in crime (although even in DC, crime is finally started to go down).

This is a solution to a problem that is fixing itself.

They brought them out for Vance's swearing in and then took them away again. Makes sense, they are really young.
