Getting expelled is not easy. You only get expelled for very serious offences. Bringing a gun to school will get you expelled assuming you get caught. Shooting or stabbing someone will also get you expelled. Being a drug dealer might possibly also get you expelled. Not much else really [/quote]

Does anybody have a source for the expulsion? I mean, anonymous people admit here, but I haven’t seen any authoritative or news source on that…

I don’t know anything about the ankle monitor..
I do know about the expulsion though, that part is accurate. 
He is a juvenile, there can be police reports on him but if no actual charges were filed he wouldn’t have a record that you can see. [/quote]

Do we have any evidence, other than anonymous people making assertions on a message board, that this student was expelled from a school or wore an ankle monitor.  And if he wore an ankle monitor, for what purpose?[/quote]

We won't get that yet, or maybe not ever if it's moved to juvenile court. No past incidents will be public records due to his age, and MCPS will not make that information public without being court ordered to do so (as should be the case/policy of a school system since students are minors).

All we have is hear say. Although some mentioned a video from the middle school of him being arrested and  mom and sister handcuffed, but that's not made public either and isn't what's being reported, so it's hard to determine what the truth in that is- that video may not show what they think it shows.[/quote]
