We all agree that team coaches dont develop. They are too worried about winning and keeping parents happy so they can feed their families. Lets be honest, they dont get pay to develop players, they get pay to win. The system in the US for travel clubs is ran like that, for MLS Academies is about development, coaches get pay to develop players and before someone tells me about DC United ,yes they suck. They dont know how to properly run an academy or run a MLS club.

And exactly does Meaghan do in this position? My child is having to do all their own recruiting research and work on their own. Meaghan hasn't put anything out to the players to assist with this at all.
Each playef? Or just Cc's faves?
+1. When was she hired? We haven't received anything from her.
Might want to check your email. She has reached out twice to set up one-on-one meetings with each player.

Any high level youth coach really only cares about getting players to the next level. He has one of the top 3 players in the US on his time and many other successful players.
If you want a coach that is trying to please everyone, play fourth tier. Even then, coaches can’t keep everyone happy.
He is an abusive coach whose time is numbered. Just because he had a lot of big names, doesn't make him a good coach. Snyder had a lot of big named players and that didn't make him a good owner. It is the fact that he doesn't care that makes him such a shthead. A lot of people have done good by him only to get dumped on. As I said, his days are numbered. He will join club with RAT soon enough.
Remind me of CCs big names please

Anonymous wrote:Im sure BP was just watching Mya Townes be developed by him. And fix didn't have any other coaches or trainers. Does he still claim to be coaching her during her national team status? He's very good about taking credit for the development of players he didn't develop. That's a skill. He won't be able to recreate a winning invironmentbwith the clowns he has as cronies. All he knows how to do is steal other players by getting access to top leagues. Most of those player came to FCV to have access to a better league. The league provides the exposure, not the coach. The coach does absolutely nothing but he's good at being on his cell phone a lot. I see all his cronies coming here to brag about his lack of real accomplishments.

I'm confused. You said she hasn't reached out, but she has. Have you signed up and met with her? It was a decent meet and greet so she could get to know the players. She had some good info. She's offered to proof emails, is being copied on all correspondence, and is planning to hold monthly info sessions (like how to make a good highlight video). The players still need to do the work. If you're looking for someone to do it for you, you might want to hire a service.

I’m going with D1, two year starter. NWSL is a reach.
