Not really though. Did you watch the full video? When he was on his feet going into the cop car he kept screaming “i can’t breathe” “i can’t breath” “I’m going to die” “I’m going to die” over and over again. This is besides the point for this argument, but he then asked to be taken out of the car and put onto the ground. So the question is if he was already suffering something prior to the restraint that was causing his death and did cause his death. [/quote]
