This thread made me curious, so I googled "all white wedding guests" and from 8-10 photos, first men seem to be able to get away with slightly off-color easier than women.  There were scatterings of off-white (like light khaki, sand, etc) pants.  A few wore white but with a colored tied.  But generally men wear more casual dress than women to those types of weddings.  It was pretty ubiquitous that they wear a white button down shirt, with or without a tie and white or slightly off-white pants.

I now remember that one time years ago we went on a cruise.  In one port, we didn't dock, but tendered to the port.  We shared a tender to port with guests going to a beach wedding that was all white and tendered back to the ship with most of the wedding party.  The guys all wore island style shirts that had some nice braided work on the shirts in a slightly off-white sand color and they all wore sandals.  The women were in various length white dresses, mostly casual to semi-formal.   [/quote]
