My neighbor's house was cut in half by a tree, I climbed onto his roof and put my tarps over the hole to try and minimize damage before the professionals could get there. My wife has driven our neighbor to the hospital when he fell off of a ladder. Our neighbor uses his snowblower to do 3-4 other families' driveways. Many of us give each other cookies around the holidays, I would assume most of us eat it. We previously lived in a new build neighborhood - everyone was extremely close because we moved in around the same time. It is a great time to introduce yourself and build your little community.
