[/quote] When I was growing up in North Arlington in the 1970's, my dad was a teacher and my mom stayed home with us (until I was 10 and she went to work as a teacher). In those days, the house prices hadn't escalated to these ridiculous levels. Even with a lawyer husband I couldn't afford to buy in my old neighborhood now.[/quote]
