He told you.  He is going to tax the wealthy at an extremely high rate.  He is going to tax the people with money off shore (that's really going to help bring business to our shores!).  He is going to tax the middle class--but you will be happy because you won't have to pay insurance premiums.

Problem is, that still won't be enough to fund what he is promising.

What is the the tax rate/brackets? How does he envision implementing single payer health care? Does he have the votes to accomplish this? How is this general plan benefiting me, as a middle class citizen, aside from healthcare? What impact is this going to have on the economy? How will this affect international commerce treaties? How will this impact the budget? [/quote]

Well, he finally put out his healthcare plan about 2 hours before the debate and now I see why he put it off for so long. Ezra Klein at Vox had been criticizing the Clinton critiques of it, but once he read it he changed his tune. He has a very thorough dissection of it up now. Vague, unrealistic and irresponsible are three words he used to describe it. "Puppies and rainbows" was the takeaway phrase for me.

Then there was the post-debate spin room, where Bernie was represented by Killer Mike.  When asked how he came to support Bernie, he said it was throuh "smoking a joint and reading his tweets."
