Honest question for someone more knowledgeable than me, but how does this happen that a 10 year old becomes this kind of a sexual perpetrator?

Is it almost always a sign of the 10 year old having been abused by someone else?  Our son is only 4 and we talk to him about private parts and what's appropriate and what's not, but hearing this kind of thing is terrifying to me.[/quote]

He was either molester or evil or "other".. Meaning we don't really know. Unfortunately this happens more often than you think. 14 is still juvenile and if it happened in the DMV most likely the child would not get charged, would get a psychological evaluation and some counseling. [/quote]
