I hope one (or all) of the girls has the courage to leave their cult, and speak out.

Some of the Phelps family have, and those girls are incredibly courageous and brave.

Is it almost always a sign of the 10 year old having been abused by someone else? Our son is only 4 and we talk to him about private parts and what's appropriate and what's not, but hearing this kind of thing is terrifying to me.

He was either molester or evil or "other".. Meaning we don't really know. Unfortunately this happens more often than you think. 14 is still juvenile and if it happened in the DMV most likely the child would not get charged, would get a psychological evaluation and some counseling.

The show should be cancelled, but if TLC continued renewing the show knowing this information, that is reprehensible.
