I think the evidence will show that this man is guilty of a lot more than just the incident with this one student.   In addition, Sidwell was wrong in telling parents (when asked why this teacher wasn't at school during the fall semester) that the teacher had a "chronic illness" ... that is where the lawsuits will begin.  They could have said "he is on admin leave" and left it at that.  Having said he had a chronic illness leaves the door wide open for others to have contact with him.  Even the teachers didn't know why he wasn't there.  [/quote]
