There is not much inventory-and I also worry about the more affluent schools being too elitist or snooty (particularly Whitman and Churchill), Wooten being a competitive "pressure cooker".  Would consider BCC and WJ but again wery few options, not really wanting to cram a family of 6 into a 1,200 sq ft condo, townhome or buy a shack that is in such bad shape/supposed to be a teardown....hate this area.[/quote]
