Take care of yourself now and it makes a big difference when you hit 50. Losing 10lbs at 35 is so much easier than 10 at 50. Take your vitamins and get some exercise it pays off when your 50. Your children are important but it is actually more important to take care of yourself so you can take care of them and not the other way around.[/quote]
