If you haven't done this already, you have no right to so vehemently complain. Get the ball rolling with this guy for mutual communication. If you call police, that's what they're going to to anyway. The police aren't going to arrest the guy on the spot. They're going to try to resolve the situation before taking any drastic measures (if they're good at their job).  [/quote]
