You can't really manufacture sexual attraction, though.  You can still appreciate the person inside but if they have physically become a turnoff, that's powerful.  And if you've tried to address it with your partner and this is the reaction, what are you supposed to do?  If you cheat you are a terrible person and if you stay you have no sex life.  Are these fair choices?  I'm in that boat.  My libido has chilled a bit as it is, but DH's extra weight doesn't help at all and he is unmotivated to change.  He is a great guy and a good father and I'm not leaving but it does affect our relationship.[/quote]
