I'm a recipient and I am sorry for your bad experience. I wasn't successful at Shady Grove and believe me they treat the recipients as bad as the donors once they have your money. I was never listened to and complaints (one very serious) were ignored. We were on the shared risk program and after three attempts they seemed to lose interest in me, probably because now the odds were no longer in their favor and they were losing money. Stay away, there are much better places where you are treated with respect and not like a battery hen.[/quote]

I'm a recipient at SG and leaving the DE shared risk program after this next FET, in which I have no faith, but which I am doing because I paid for that embryo, the only one to make it through the last cycle.

There are certainly better places.  I doubt they're in DC, I'm going to RBA.

SG offers a good financial package but the headaches and heartaches have become unbearable.  I'm expecting to succeed so I'm opting for a less comprehensive refund program but better clinic.

I wouldn't even say you're a number at SG.  I haven't felt even THAT level of respect.[/quote]
