To answer another question a restraint hold could be applied by a teacher, two teachers, two teachers and a security guy, and so on. In a big fight (and there are more fights than are reported) typically male staff members try to get to the main combatants and lead them away in a restraint so they are not injured and so they don't thrown anymore punches. You have not seen a fight until you see one at lunch at a middle school or high school. Kids run from all over just to watch and its an effort to break through the crowd to stop the fight.[/quote]
