In 2007, the sheik came under fire for calling on young Muslims to become Jihadis. 
[b]Tsarnaev also allegedly fell under the influence of Abdel al-Hamid al-Juhani, who has been accused of working to expand the influence of al-Qaeda in Chechnya and the Caucasus.
