The schools under discussion are SWW, Brent and Hardy (Mrs. Trogisch's current school assignment). All three are schools that are getting better. Is there evidence that this kind of thing creates such a terrible school environment that the principal at one of the District's best HS should be FIRED for even suggesting such an arrangement?
How did Brent get into the mix? Did you mean FS? And chances are this best HS would be just as good with another principal--one with GOOD JUDGEMENT. It's like high-performing schools in the suburbs. At some point, the principal doesn't make much of a difference. You can switch principals every 2-3 years and the school would function just as well. High performing schools are like well-oiled machines that just need someone there as an overseer. I seriously doubt any high-performing school would fall apart under a new principal. Usually it's the faculty, student body and parents who make it a go. The principal is just the face of the school. And are you suggesting Hardy is getting better because his wife is there? Wow! Those Trogischs are just the BEST thing to ever happen to education, aren't they?
