Emotional abuse doesn’t count. Sexual coercion and marital rape doesn’t count. Getting throw against a wall and spit on doesn’t count. It is not until dad shoots mom, or MAYBE kicks her ass in front of the kids and there is a police report and a medical report that a Fairfax County judge will entertain a custodial split that favors mom.
