Most of the NVSL does not care about these meets because only the top swimmers swim in these events. Mostly from upper division pools. We have a 180 person team. We send 2-3 relays to All Star Relays and 4 to 8 swimmers to Individual All Stars. There is one family with multiple swimmers that make it in, in multiple events and it means the most to them. They also never volunteer to work either meet. They are to busy curating the perfect social media post of the event (with signs, happy ads, etc) and can't be bothered to volunteer and help. They will be devastated, but they would not step up. They do the minimum. So the families that benefit the most on our team, do the least. [/quote]
