So they are either lying about the utility of their product or making a genuine statement. Either one is not positive for society because these massive job losses or infrastructure build out is heavily subsidized by the government/taxpayers. You are told AI is developed to replace human workers or for other reasons, but unless you know what type of data they are collecting and how it is used you don't know sh*t[/quote] Remember when we were told that cloud computing would end the careers of IT workers? We were promised that the IT group at your business would be reduced to a single employee, if that. So, yeah. I am not ready to throw my shoes into the machines yet. [/quote]
