Unless you are directly involved with these data centers and what type of data they process.. you don't know anything.
You are told AI is developed to replace human workers or for other reasons, but unless you know what type of data they are collecting and how it is used you don't know sh*t
Remember when we were told that cloud computing would end the careers of IT workers? We were promised that the IT group at your business would be reduced to a single employee, if that.
So, yeah. I am not ready to throw my shoes into the machines yet.
Sure, but have you seen the jobs data for all of 2025 and the Feb 2026 report? So far, we're hemorrhaging and seems it will be getting worse, not better.
Is it really that the companies don’t need employees, or are they getting FOMO and redirecting all of their cash into AI “investment” that may or may not be worth it?
