Their upper lip hair isn’t coarse- at least in the majority of women, even those with darker hair, the upper lip hair isn’t going to be coarse enough to create stubble look. [/quote] It's not about coarse hair it's about a blunt edge from cutting/shaving as opposed to a tapered edge from plucking where the hair is growing from the root.[/quote]
