What happened?[/quote] I was the same as your mom. It gave me some ‘power’, in my imagination. I mostly bought Bottega Venetia. Had one Marc Jacobs bag. Some LV, Chanel, a couple Hermes. Spent way too much money. I’d go into a store, not needing anything and knew I’d buy something. I loved the bags and felt it made me more stylish. Also I was addicted to being treated like someone special. Mostly bought new, bought some lightly used, then sold them, some shortly after buying. Quick turnover. Of course at a loss. It was the high of buying/owning/being seen with one. So stupid. Had to stop cold turkey. I have a few bags left-some Bottega and a Tod’s bag. [/quote]
