[/quote] The vast majority of people do not talk about their wills etc. I do remember one gross instance - a step GM of decades. Scope of her actions have included 529's - as account owner after death of spouse has chosen to pay fines and penalties on the earnings to get the cash and not use it for tuition for the intended beneficiary [now in college].
